Create term limits for all members of Congress so their service can be no longer than twenty years.

Limit Senate terms to three consecutive terms.
Limit House of Representatives to no more than twenty years of service.
All members of Congress must respectfully retire after service is concluded.
This term limit will aid in helping new members with ideas of change to be elected and represented.
This limit will also aid in helping the current generation of tax payers to have representatives that represent their demographic.
This term limit could reduce political corruption by allowing turnover with current members of Congress.
