Create Term Limits for all Memebers of Congress not to exceed 8 Years

While the Presidential seat is for 8 years, Members of congress tend not to do what they were voted into office for and worry more about where the money for their re-election is going to come from, If congress has a term limit they will tend to do what they have been put into office for and help make the US a better place or be bought and hinder its people. With a term limit they will tend to do their jobs better for they know that maybe they can make a difference in the time they have. It is logical since they dont have to lobby for money or be bought by money for an 8 year term. They will either help or drag America down for that time period.
