The President is limited to 2 terms of 4 years and yet a Congressman can remain until he/she chooses to retire or is voted out.
I believe that part of our government's problem is there are too many Congressmen that have either become complacent or, they are no longer serving not only their constituents but other Americans. They have instead chosen to serve the corporations and the banking industry.
Many believe that we have to get the corporations and the money out of our government. We can begin to achieve this goal by limiting the amount of time one can serve in Congress.
I propose either a 2 or 4 year term limit.
