Create Term Limits for Congress

Create a national referendum that puts congressional positions and terms limits in the hands of the people to a vote. Congressional leaders should only have a 4 or 6 year term to accomplish their goals and return to the private sector. Government electoral positions were never meant to be lifelong duties...it would battle corruption, the effectiveness of lobbying arms and reduce crony capitalism.
