create term limits for Congress. Allow congress no more than 12 years of service( 3 4-year terms) at any one time.

I think Congressman have lost touch with their primary job. I think serving in Congress should be limited to 12 years, 3 4 yr terms. Then they should have to sit out a term. Too many congressman are in way too long and have become out of touch with America. This would allow new people and ideas to help make a stronger America. This would also allow veteran congressman the chance to be outside looking in on Congress. Let them get a new perspective of how Congress is viewed and operated from the other side, knowing what they know. Then, if they decide to run for congress again, they may have better insight into what is needed to help run this country.
