Create term limits for congress, Dem and Rep to a max of 10 years, We need new blood, no more rich controlers

Our elected congress needs to work for all the people, not just for their party and their pocket books. They will not pass laws that take money out of there pockets. While in the chambers, they should work for everyone not their party. They repesent the people of the US, not just the people that voted for them. Time to change
