Create term limits for Congress to discourage lifetime politicians, and encourage new ideas and opportunities.

I would like term limits placed on Congresspersons to prevent the sense of job entitlement and security that they seem to enjoy now. They are intended to work for the people, rather than themselves. Currently they vote themselves raises in the middle of the night, when no one is looking, and some make more than the President. The benefits need to be curtailed to be commensurate with the time served, and should not be bankrupting the taxpayers. New persons, new ideas, and old benefactors need to be a thing of the past.
