Create term limits for Congress. They are supposed to be fellow citizens not professional politicians and rulers.

Create term limits for Congress. The President is limited why aren't they? Get fresh ideas in there make them temporary law makers and not perpetual rulers. 2-3 consecutive terms is enough. They won't enact this law themselves or let us vote on this. It's time for a change.
