Create term limits for members of the Senate as well as the House of Representatives for no more than two terms at 5 years per term for the Senate, and no more than 2 terms at 3 years per term for the House of Repesentatives. Furthermore, the minimum age to enter these positions shall be 25, members should have at least 3 years experience in politics prior, and shall not be over 65 years of age.
