Create Terms Limits of 12 years for ALL members of Congress

Due to the continued lack of ability of the US Congress to work together and their continued concern to protect their ability to get re-elected when voting and Bi-Partison nature of Congress, the only solution being term limits of no more than 12 years for all members of Congress. With term limits, members of congress will no longer treat their seat as a personal asset they own and in return vote on matters that impact our country not focused on their respective party but the impact on our families. In addition, with term limits this will allow more talented individuals with new ideas the opportunity to serve our country.
