Create a test for students to take yearly to help place them in classes that will assist them in making a career choice.

This petition is to help create higher standards by creating a teat to help students. This test will assist students in figuring out their future career and allow them to take classes to benefit them. It being a two part plan, it will help students to know how they are achieving academically and direct them into courses that can help them.
