create transparency in government by developing an e-government for citizens to directly participate in legislation.

Created by K.S. on November 18, 2012

E-Government creates a culture of openness, transparency and equal discourse of ideas. Citizens could login using a unique identifier such as their Social Security Number. Legislation would be presented in three formats; full, bulleted and summary. Allowing understanding based on any level of education. Citizens then vote to determine how their representative should cast their vote in congress. A simple majority provides each of our representatives the direction that the community they represent wants them to go. This eliminates social, political and financial influence from the decision making of our leaders and instead gives the power to us, the people, to govern how we see fit. Our system of government needs to evolve and adapt with communication changes occurring in our everyday world
