Create two different Presidents, one leading Republican and one leading Democrats, etc. Still keep military, senate, etc

Presidents leading their own parties. We still have taxes that are EQUAL to maintain budget, still are called the United States, hold same military to fight all needs. Get rid of OBAMACARE. Therefore increasing job opportunities, increasing pay, and DECREASING poverty rate. Each United States citizen will be FORCED to pay $15 for charity. Taxes will still be payed. Presidents must serve in some government related job before running for their party's office. The BIGGER the party the more POWER is given for voting. It will be almost like Congress, Supreme Court, or Senate. I hope this could take place by 2020. VOTE!
