As criminals are nothing but people who simply made a bad decision it ridiculous someone who say shoplifted should be beat up every day by a violent criminal. People who committed a non-violent and are not a dangerous person should have the right to at least be in a fairly safe environment regardless of if there in jail or not. We need two separate jails and who goes into where should be enforced well so no one goes into a place they are not suitable to be in. Bottom line is criminals are people to they have rights they just made a bad decision! Yes they should take responsibility and have to pay for what they did but pay for it in a place that suits what they did. This is meant to increase criminal rights and hopefully better Americas jail system.
