Create a two-tier minimum wage system

This petition will create a two-tier system for minimum wage. Most Americans agree that we need to raise minimum wage for those who are working full time. So lets do that for full time workers who are trying to support families and pay the bills. We also have many part-time workers as well, mainly full time students. Let's raise the minimum wage for them but keep it less than full time workers. Most students are working for extra spending money. By creating this two-tier system, the workers that need money the most would get it. It would still allow businesses to hire part-time workers (mainly students) for a lower wage to keep expenses down which would keep payroll down and prices for products steady. It really would be a win-win for all involved.
