We the people propose a Uniform Code of Police Justice (UCPJ) to establish nationwide standards for policing and public safety. The UCPJ should establish national standards for Police conduct in and out of uniform, establish standards for use of deadly force, establish standards for handling criminal activity committed by police , and establish standards ensure the protection of constitutional rights afforded to all Americans.
