Create a uniform election system that has a hard copy for possible recount, multiple langues and short voting line

We need to have a better and uniform voting system for all states. A user friendly system that has multiple languages, has multiple checks and balances in place that includes hard copy for backup and possible recount, counts every vote and counts correctly, and effectively cuts the time it takes to vote.

This is an example of that system.
