More than ever individuals are being victimized by big business policies. They get away with it because the organization they work for are not unionized and will never join a union organization. In many cases, the choice becomes: Wal-Mart or unemployment.
In the case of small business, the organization is too small, which often means workers are under-paid, overworked, and don't receive benefits.
To counterract these effects, a private union organization that businesses will have to recognize, should be established to protect individuals, promote a right-to-work, and foster small business protection.
