The US "American Dream National Lottery", with all proceeds directed (BY LAW) to pay down our national debt, would allow the American People to "Buy Back" our country from foreign investors. This National Lottery should be available in all US States and provide multiple ways to win the "American Dream".
We no longer live in a nation willing to buy "War Bonds", but we do live in a society seeking prosperity and a financially stable US Government.
The Official US National Lottery should be modeled after other successful "Mega" Lottery programs run by the States.
