The Sony hack and other major hacks of U.S. companies like Target, Inc. and Home Depot point to the need to create a separate Dept. of Cybercrime to prevent what could amount to a devastating attack on the U.S. Infrastructure, such as Water, Electricity or Gas Utilities.
