The 2013-2014 Winter season in the United States was one of the most unpredictable of all time, because of our changing climate. Global warming is on the rise and it takes everyone preserve the environment. Recycling is the smart thing and the right thing to do for our present and our future environment. Many of the items we use everyday can be 100% recycled or reused, preserving our natural resources and protecting our ozone layer. Making mandatory recycle, reduce and reuse programs in all states can create millions of jobs, money for the states and put more money back into our economy. There are many countries have mandatory recycling programs that have worked great to improve their environment! Pennsylvania also has a recycling program netting them millions in sales.
