create a VA loan type program that allows members of our law enforcement, Firefighter/EMS, and our teachers to use

Create a mortgage similar to the VA loans currently established for military; revamped and apply not only to the military but also LEOs/COs, firefighters, and teachers that work and employed full time (poss. p/t later). This guarantee only applies after: 1. Subject already has conventional loan for over 1yr to show ability to pay. 2. Subject is off employer 1yr probation. 3. Guarantee all subjects 3.5%! This makes up for 90% of subjects denied raises over the last several years and gets these subjects out of near poverty serving our communities. If fired/terminated, subjects already sign an eviction waiver if traditional loan not re-secured in 6mo. Retire from job=no change in 30yr term! This could be like adding thousands to family budgets and no extra cost to local/federal tax payers.
