The Baby Veronica case has brought Child Trafficking Masquerading as Adoption to light. Veronica's law should be created to make it a Felony to remove a child from his/her birth state UNTIL both biological parents have gone before a judge and signed over parental rights. DNA testing should be taken and the father should be made to prove he is the biological father, before ANY relinquishment can be signed. The child should be placed with the closest relative while this is happening, and only then should adoption take place. IF the adoption is contested within One year, by EITHER biological parent, the Pre Adoptive Parents should be forced, by force if necessary, to turn the child over. What has happened to Dusten Brown should never happen again.
