In order to purchase video games with violent ratings, such as Battlefield or Call of Duty, citizens must obtain a license, like a driver's license. They would be required to show this license at stores, or enter the license number online, when they want to purchase a game. By requiring citizens to have this license, people with bad mental health or a history of violent crimes will not be allowed to purchase violent video games.
