Create a viral video in which Congress, the Supreme Court and the President lip-sync some song from the 80s.

I would like the major representatives of our American government to participate in the filming of a Youtube video in which every capable member lip-syncs to an iconic song from the 80s. The song can be chosen at their own discretion, but something incredibly over-the-top would be preferred. The video should be edited to include practically everyone, from House Representatives to Senators, Justices to Cabinet Members, with an appearance from the President himself, if he is able to put aside time in his very hectic schedule. The video must be posted on the White House's Youtube page. By doing this, the administration will be able to show us that they are, in fact, capable of accomplishing monumental tasks, and also illustrate that nothing brings people together like the power of music.
