Create a visa allowing illegal working immigrant taxpayer to work in the US but not eligible to any gvmt benefits.

Some people have lived in the US for many years and have always done the right thing but did not have the proper paperwork , they have jobs, family, house.We ask mr Obama to create a visa that would allowed illegal or legal aliens to work and leave in the US as long as they pay taxes, get driver license but are not eligible for any type of benefits from the government .
Allow to :travel, work , stay
Do not allow: benefits from government of any type
Some people only need a stamp on their passport and they would be very productive to the society.
