We the people believe that a voluntary gladiator arena would not only fuel the economy but would provide a new area of entertainment. Using voluntary members as the gladiators they would fight to the death in melee combat. the volunteers sign waivers stating they actively volunteer for this. paying to get in, the volunteers fight death row inmates who agree to engage them in battle.
