Create a voluntary "Patriot Tax Earmark," section on IRS tax forms.

America's infrastructure, education, veteran's affairs and many other areas are suffering because Congress refuses to add small tax increases to fund these areas.
We need a method to enable people, who are willing to pay higher taxes, to be able to earmark monies that they contribute above and beyond their normal tax bill to specific areas.
Call it the Patriot Tax Earmark and send everyone who contributes over $5 to these areas a pin of a U.S. flag with "patriot" written across it so they can put their patriotism on display.
