A petition asking for creation of a NASA/DARPA-led program of instruction (perhaps staffed by mandating hiring FAFSA-funded Ph.Ds in related fields in return for full student loan forgiveness), in order to encourage amateur rocketry as well as affiliated mad scientific endeavors at the high school level across the nation, and specifically to introduce high schoolers to the art and science of building liquid-fueled, hybrid and solid rockets.
