Create a voting Bill of Rights that ensures voters access to polls and equal opportunity to vote in national elections

To ensure that all voters get access to polling places and have equal opportunity to cast votes, a voters Bill of Rights is decreed:
l. Election day shall be a federal holiday.
2. All polls shall open 30 days before election day.
3. Out of precinct voting shall be allowed.
4.Voting by mail shall be allowed
5.Automatic universal voter registration shall be the law of the land
