Dear Mr. President,
Please have your administration create a voting system that will allow citizens to express their views on bills in Congress. This system could be used by representatives to know how they should vote on a particular issue. It will also give constituents the ability to track the voting history of their representative, allowing them to determine said representative has been acting on the concerns of his/her people.
