Create a wall (or stronger barrier) all along the U.S. - Mexican Border

In order to create a stronger defense for our border, I propose that we create a wall or stronger barrier for our border. This "wall" could have fortified guard towers. I believe we are not doing enough to keep illegal immigrants out of this country and need to take adverse action.
