For several years we have seen a dramatic change in our environment. We have seen devastating floods and droughts;California has been a prime example of a water shortage. Our country is equipped with some of the finest engineers in the world and with their skills and knowledge, and the data that we have on various flood zones of our country it would be beneficial for the United States to build a Water Pipeline. This pipeline could be constructed with the best design, materials and technology (presurrized). When rivers begin to crest we could automatically send water from that area to an area that is in need of water. This pipeline would provide jobs to people in need of work, save our environment from erosion, save farm crops, save people’s insurance costs, and above all else, save lives.
