Create a way for people to vote on issues directly to counter the paid lobbyists influence on the senate and the house.

Created by B.S. on September 23, 2011

Paid lobbyists are influencing the votes in both the house and the senate. The only way to counter that influence is to create a mechanism where issues of the day have direct input from the individual citizens before the decisions are made. Polls can be rigged; even when they are not,a small sample does not speak the truth. It is quite easy with present day technological capability to let the citizens express their opinions on each and every issue that is being debated on the floors of the congress. If a mechanism exists, people will participate, not during just election times, but on an every day basis to help reform and govern the country the way it aught to be governed. Obama administration can and should establish this practice immediately to avoid chaos in both policy and law making.
