In order for our project of unprecedented intervention (GMX Procedures) to satisfy the natural wishes of our population to have it go smooth, without disturbances and most importantly, in transparency, the citizenry should be able to informally speak to any military official, of any rank, about any topic they as citizens might find of interest. All military officials will be liberated of the constraints around their experience, and will be able to communicate their opinions, feelings and impressions regarding the management of our United States Armed Forces, without any fear of repercussion. This way will allow the people to "inflitrate" the actions of our armed forces, and corroborate on their own the developments of our new military actions.
