In order for our project of unprecedented government intervention (GMX Procedures - 2012 Protocol) to satisfy the natural wishes of our population to have it go smooth, without disturbances, and most importantly, in transparency, the citizenry should be able to informally speak to any military official, of any rank, about any topic they might find of interest. All military officials will be liberated of the multiple constraints put around their experience, and will be able to communicate their opinions, feelings and impressions regarding the new management of our Armed Forces, without any fear of repercussion. This way will allow The People to "infiltrate" the actions of our army, and corroborate on their own the developments of our new military actions.
