Create a weekly bipartisan luncheon in both houses of congress to encourage bipartisan relations.

We propose a bipartisan weekly luncheon in both houses of congress apart from the partisan weekly luncheon that is already instated, to promote relationship building between the two parties congressmen and women. The day is up to the convenience in the schedule of congress but must be equal to the time allotted for the partisan luncheon. This will be essential to creating a positive collaborative environment in congress of which we have not seen for years.
