Consistent with the second amendment it becomes necesary and appropiate to create "A well regulated...." gun control. Good regulation means that:
Every weapon needs to be registered in a national data base. Owners need to apply for a license, pass a background check that would include fingerprints and DNA. Pass a lie detector test. Pass a psycologycal test. Buy a insurance. Renew their license every three months. Increase a tax rate to it and increase penalties for people selling weapons illegally.
