Create a White History Month

We ask that the Obama Administration, and all of those who sign and read this petition, recognize and officially observe July as White History month. This is not being asked for any racist intentions, but in all honest and good nature. We believe that whites should be recognized as well, in the same way a lot of other races have a month set aside for themselves. February goes to the Blacks, and September to the Hispanics. By this, we find it only fair that whites receive their own month as well. This month would be used to help raise awareness of the good, rather than the bad, that Whites have provided to the world. It will also show that Whites also have had their share of sufferings. Again, the setting aside of a month to Whites would be to raise awareness of what the white community is.
