Considering the lopsided flow of money to the top 10%, and much of it due to corruption, the People and the Institutions responsible for the destruction of the economy ought not to profit by it.
They should be tried for their crimes, fined if found guilty and as much money as possible should be returned to the Populace who were fleeced by the economic elitists who currently 'own' Congress.
