Create a work for assistance program.

Create a work for assistance program where people on welfare or other public assistance would do chores or work for working taxpayers. Assistance checks should be given to local municipalities and when enough signatures on the weekly or monthly work sheet are provided the person getting assistance will receive the check. Work could be done for the municipality or local school system or even individuals. Jobs could be house work or perhaps the individual receiving assistance has a skill that they could provide. This should in no way take jobs from any actual employees of the municipality.
