Create a worldwide Amber Alert to find, lost, missing, exploited children with immediate response to mass/kidnappings

The US must work with foreign governments to establish a worldwide Amber Alert and Immediate Response System. Whenever there is a mass kidnapping or crime committed against children, there needs to be immediate, united action taken, help sought, received and accepted to protect the children, find them, stand up to their attackers and bring them home. A preventative and reactive response checklist needs to be created with correct agencies notified 24/7. We are a blessed and prosperous nation and need to do the most we can to help with what we are given. We can create this system and it can work to help numerous children and families who lack a voice that is heard. It's our duty and obligation to organize this and help to the best of our ability.
