The United Nations Embassy needs to create a department specifically for stopping crimes against animals worldwide.
This unit will be responsible for seeing that all animals involved in the immediate danger from human beings will be placed in care of local animal welfare groups and animal sanctuaries to live out their God given lives in security and happiness.
Crimes against animals are Felonys and offenders should be imprisoned for a minimum of 1 year and 2 years serving the needs of animals.
