An army brigade consisting of enlisted men recruited from other nations has several benefits: 1) it will allow the army to easilly meet its monthy recruiting quotas, which has become difficult, 2) it will give would-be illegal immigrants a more streamlined way of entering the country, 3) it will help to better ensure that we are admitting people of superior character into this country.
Members will be required to serve four years under american officers. At the end of that period they and their spouses, children and parents will be allowed into this country and given automatic citizenship.
In order to join they must past a criminal and security background check, a english test, and the same physical standards as the marine corps.
