Created an amendment to the Constitution prohibiting the Supreme Court from interfering with Religous Freedom

Created by K.P. on November 05, 2013

Whereas first the constitution states that "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof"

And Whereas the Supreme Court has trampled this right to religious freedom through rulings such as prohibiting the teaching of religion in public schools and banning prayer in public schools)

Whereas the constitution only prohibits the establishment of a certain religion by the government and not the practice of religion public places. Also the above supreme court rulings violate the 10th amendment

We the people petition the Administration to urge congress to create an amendment to the Constitution prohibiting the Supreme Court from interfering with freedom of religion within the States unless the states violate the first amendment.
