this petition is asking President Obama to pass a bill that requires major league team owners to pay for there own stadium. also in this petition no major team should leave a state that has spent money trying to build a stadium for the owner. if a major league team doesn't need to move to a state that has two major league team in it already. it will require that team to move back to that state that is willing to work with the owner. if the owner move a team near a federal government property i think the government should have the right to stop a stadium construction project.
