This new "work visa" benefits the USA by:
Establishing a new branch of Immigration will create many new jobs and spin off jobs.
An annual fee of maybe $2000. ( there are more illegal immigrants in this country than you think)
Does not lead to residency or citizenship.
The visa will be enforced through fingerprinting, eyescans, DNA, etc.
expires in 3 years then the immigrant has to go back for at least 2 years.
(they would go back anyway if it wasnt so expensive and dangerous to come back into the US) with an optional replacement in the meantime
These card holders will have an increased payroll tax and the difference goes to the US government.
Will increase national security because of more efficient tracking of immigrants.
Immigrants that are not afraid are great consumers.
