To created the Red White and Blue Act. Which every person in America would be issued a card from the government.

The Red card would be issued to the poor people and they would get a two-thirds discount on: food, clothing, living spaces, housing, and not pay as much for buying stocks, etc.
The White cards would be issued to the middle class people and their discounts would be half on the same things as specified in the Red card.
The Blue card would be issued to the rich people and their discount would be about a fourth on the same things specified. So ,an example would be the Red card holder buys a box of cereal at $3.25 with his Red card hw would pay .54 cent, and the White card holder would pay $1.80. Then, the Blue card holder would pay $2.45. And this would appply to everything we need to liveby. It might even remove the welfare program or change it.
