Create/Obtain a Law in which Guarantees A Year of Paid Parental Leave

The United States is one of only two countries that does not have a law providing paid parental leave. The first year of a child's life happens to be one the most important times. Most companies do not guarantee their employees parental leave yet alone paid. We should learn a thing or two from other Industrialized countries that have taken action in this cause, for example Sweden. Let's do some good and make it happen.
