Limiting the terms of house representatives would disrupt the problems that are currently affecting the decision making process in the house of representatives.
If reps were to have term limits similar to the president then it would allow new people to present new ideas rather then always staying with people whom have hardened bias opinions.
Corruption and discrimination would also be harder due to high turn over of candidates. In order for such ideas to persist they need a consistent representative. If the turn over rate for a district is high then it is harder for such influence to truly take root.
It allows for fair political competion in the reps district. If well funded candidates cant run again then other people may be able to.
